our story
I took on my first paid position in the construction field as a sophomore in high school. I continued to grow my ability through online courses, tech schools and on site learning. I graduated from Holland Christian High School in 2009 and proceeded to delve into any and every “side job” I could handle after hours. I married my high school sweetheart Lindsey in 2012. We made the decision that same year to start our own company. My wife Lindsey also grew a love for the industry after building our own home. She now helps a LOT with clients in her area of expertise, interior design.
Our Approach
Custom Homes Build Process
We built our company on my area of expertise, residential framing. We built our first speculation home in 2013 and have been continuing to grow, learn, and hone our skills since.
We have continued to expand our knowledge in residential framing, we now are afforded the opportunity to frame some of the highest quality homes built in the West Michigan area.
We have also expanded the general contracting side of our company over the past years and now employ a full time project manager to assist in all areas of the construction process. We build custom homes in Holland, Saugatuck, Spring Lake, Ada, Zeeland, Caledonia, South Haven, Fennville, Hamilton, and Byron Center. Two of our featured cities for Custom Homes are:

The first step in any building project is the location. If you have property already we can move on to design, however if you are still in the searching stage we will assist you in finding and securing that beautiful spot you will soon call “Home”.
Using some of the best modeling software available we can design your dream home completely in house. With a list of “must haves” and some elements pulled from past builds we will design a home suited just for you. Keeping in mind the property we have already secured allows us the opportunity to design the home to get the best views and keeping privacy where we want it. With guidance through every aspect from insulation to bathroom faucets we will have a plan to follow and pricing that is accurate from the start.
Here comes the fun part! Seeing all of our hard work pay off when your dream comes off the paper and comes to life. With exceptional professionals completing installation and consistent on site management and inspection your new home will come from dream to reality with precision and passion.
